Molecular Cohesion

Brimmed waiting,
choices pending.

Perpendicular to a splat,
or smooth descents
to places unknown.

Odd to watch your
children and not your own
decisions in the making.

Families swell with each addition until
with polarity's strength perched,
poised on utmost brink of cohesion.

Brimmed waiting,
choices pending

The cup overflows.

smiles...watching your own children and not your own decisions...it can def be hard, but the decisions they make are surely a product of decisions you have made as well in their upbringing...smiles...nice verse...

It is a hard thing to let your children make decisions and suffer the consequences. I can only imagine that it gets harder as they grow older. Enjoyed your poem :)

ahhh to be perched on the edge, the anticipation of 'brimmed waiting, choices pending'. It is wise to let our children rise and fall on their own.
